Pupil Premium
The Pupil Premium is a government initiative which provides funding for schools to support pupils who may require additional support due to family circumstances. This includes pupils from families supported by state benefits, pupils who are, or have been, in local authority care and pupils with a parent in the armed forces.
Some families qualify for benefits-related free school meals, which triggers Pupil Premium funding. To see if you are eligible and to apply online, click here.
The Pupil Premium allowance at Boughton Monchelsea for the school year 2021-22 was £36,315 and for 2022-23 will be £42,935.
